Patriot Boxing Fitness Classes

Members workout during one of our boxing classes.

Patriot  offers many types of fitness classes including Boxing, Kickboxing, Yoga, TRX, Spin and Strength and Conditioning. While most of our classes are designed to burn 800-1000 calories in an hour, we do modify for all fitness levels. Our classes are for beginners all the way to professional athletes.
