GROUP CLASSES

Patriot offers many types of fitness classes including Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength Training, Sports Performance and Kids classes. While most of our classes are designed to burn 800-1000 calories in an hour, we do modify for all fitness levels. Our classes are designed for everyone from beginner to professional athletes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Patriot Personal Training starts off with a free assessment to determine your goals and formulate a program to reach them. Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, conditioning, strength or improved technique, we can customize a personalized training regimen for you. Whether it be boxing training with mitts or strength training we have a trainer for you. 

Wrestling Club

Patriot Wrestling Club is a USA Wrestling chartered club that has year round training for Folkstyle, Freestlyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling.  We offer training for ages 5 yrs old and up.   We compete in all local CTX wrestling tournaments as well as National USA Wrestling tournaments.   Our coaching staff prides itself on teaching wrestling as not just a sport but as a way of life.  

MMA

At Patriot we teach all facets of Mixed Martial Arts including Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and Striking. We have MMA training available for ages 5 and up. Whether you’re looking to be a professional fighter or just learn for self growth we have something for you at Patriot. Our coaches have actual fight experience on the mats, cage and ring. Patriot Wrestling Club

At Patriot we know that wrestling is more than just a sport, it’s a way of life! Our program is taught by some of the highest credentialed wrestling coaches in all of Texas.   We compete everywhere from local to natioanl level tournaments.  Join our team today!

Kids Martial Arts

Our Kids Martial arts progams include all facets of MMA including wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and more.   Our kids programs have a strong focus on having fun all the while preaching the importance of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.  

Sports Performance

Patriot Sports Performance training can be done in house or from a far with our online training programs. We offer one on one and personalized small group training for all types of athletes. Our customized sessions can improve an athlete’s skills on the field, ice, mat, court or track by boosting the athlete’s strength, speed and power. We use a system called Patriot Volume Training (PVT) to get the absolute most out of an athlete’s time. This system was invented by Patriot Owner Nick Janowitz. It is a system that has been proven time and time again with our athletes successes. PVT has a stong focus on Core Strength, Speed/Agility and Power/Explosiveness.

Sports Perfomance

Core Strength

Core Strength is vital not only for athletes but for everyday living. Having a bad back is usually caused by a weak core. Core strength is the ability to control one’s body. Being able to control your own body is critical if you want to be a strong athlete. With proper functional movements and proper body weight we can have a strong core. This in return will allow us the opportunity to increase an athlete’s speed, agility and power. This is what we refer to as the starting block for all athletes

SPEED AND AGILITY

Each sport is different so depending on your sport and goals will help determine your personalized program when it comes to speed and agility. A baseball pitcher is different then a football player and here is where the movements will start to vary from athlete to athlete. Here we try to focus not only on speed but coordination. Why we run the way we run, throw the way we throw or hit the way we hit all require proper technique. The proper technique here will significantly increase an athlete’s speed and agility. This is what we refer to as fine tuning an athlete.

Power and Explosiveness

Power and Explosiveness training is what separates the good athletes from great athletes. This phase in training is critical to being well rounded. However this is also a critical phase when it comes to injury. If done wrong an athlete can very easily get hurt. That’s why at Patriot Sports Performance we make sure that our athletes have the proper strength and coordination before we start adding Power. If done backwards it’s a recipe for disaster. If done right it’s the difference from taking Gold instead of Bronze.

What are your membership options?

We offer many options. From month to month, couples, family, paid in full and even a punchcard.

How much is a membership?

Memberships start at $89 a month for a single and go up to $189 for a family.   Couples are $159 a month.

What level are your classes.

We have classes for all levels and ages.   

What types of kids classes do you have?

We offer mixed martial arts classes including training in Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling.  We also offer sports performance, Speed, Agility, strength and conditioning classes.   We also have girls only classes.   

Do you guys offer options to compete?

We sure Do! We can train you to compete in everything from MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing/Kickboxing if you want to go that way.

Does anyone there have actual mma experience?

Absolutely! Head coach Nick Janowitz is an undefeated professional MMA fighter and has trained and coaches dozens of fighters at all levels from amateur to professional.
